Edmonton is Alberta's capitol city.

Edmonton is the service city for the vast northern half of Alberta and much of the Canadian Arctic. It is North America's most northern large city.
After visiting in my younger years I finally moved there in November 2007 and stayed until May 2010.
I took a rental apartment on Saskatchewan Drive that had a great view of the sunrises and the oil refineries.

I spent a lovely afternoon in May of 1971 relaxing on the Legislature Grounds with a girl named Diane Samson from the suburban town of St. Albert.
