This Stikine / Cassiar region of north-western BC has spectacular mountains and lakes. The road was decent and paved. On the northern half they didn't bother painting stripes on the road. There was little traffic and I often stopped in the middle of the road to take pictures.
The place names marked on the map have a small handful of houses. Curiously named Bell II turned out to be an exclusive resort and gas station.

Bob Quinn Lake, north of Bell II resort, is a major all-weather airport; but the terminal consists of just a few portable trailers. There mountains and scenery stopped me in my tracks.
