Driving the Trans Canada Highway in British Columbia, Rogers Pass remains a formidable barrier. In winter deep snows and heavy clouds are common. But when the sun comes out Yoho what a sight!

I learned to ski in the mountains of North Vancouver. As an adult my trips to the slopes were rarer. (I was too busy, my knees were weak and funds were limited). Though my ski pictures are few, I still dream of my times on the slope. The next group are from Mt Baker, Whister and a hike in Manning Park.
